1. Program Overview
Sacred Books LLC ("Sacred Books", "we", "us"), 906 S 5th Ave, Kelso, WA 98626, operates a conversational text messaging program on our published business number +1 (360) 483-3276. Messages are sent by our own in-house staff, from the same number our clients and callers already know us by. This page is the public record of how a person opts in to that program, what we send, and how to stop it.
2. How to Opt In (Call to Action)
There are exactly three ways to be added to our text messaging program. No other method exists, and we never add a number that did not come through one of them.
Option 1: our website contact form.
- Go to https://sacredbks.com/contact
- Enter your Name, Email and Phone number
- Tick the consent checkbox that appears directly beneath the phone number field (it is unchecked by default)
- Click Send Message
The checkbox on that form reads, word for word:
Text me updates: I agree to receive SMS text messages from Sacred Books LLC at the number provided, including replies to my inquiry, appointment confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Option 2: by phone. Call +1 (360) 483-3276 and tell any member of our team that you would like to receive text messages from us. We record the request in our CRM against your lead or client record.
Option 3: you text us first. If you send a text message to +1 (360) 483-3276, your inbound message is your invitation for us to reply in the same channel. We only reply to that number.
Consent is captured from a form submission or from the conversation itself. We do not use purchased, rented, or scraped telephone lists, and we do not send marketing blasts.
3. What Messages You Will Receive
Messages are one-to-one and conversational, and relate to the reason you contacted us:
- Replies to your website inquiry or question
- Confirming or rescheduling the strategy call you requested
- Answering service questions you have asked
- Occasional project or payment updates for active clients
Example message:
Hi Maria, this is Emily from Sacred Books. Thanks for booking a strategy call. Does Tue 2pm ET or Wed 4pm ET work better for you? Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
4. Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies. We send only as many messages as needed to answer you, typically no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Sacred Books LLC does not charge you for text messages.
5. How to Opt Out and Get Help
Reply STOP to any message we send and you will be unsubscribed immediately; you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out, after which no further texts will be sent to that number. Reply HELP for help at any time. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling +1 (360) 483-3276. Opting out of text messages does not affect email or telephone contact you have separately asked us for.
6. Mobile Information Is Never Shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: that information is never shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent status.
7. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Agreeing to receive text messages is entirely optional. You can request a quote, hire us, or buy any service without opting in to SMS, and declining will not change the price, the scope, or the service you receive.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and a compatible device. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
